Ave Maria is a good "Mary" song. The dynamics go up and down, as does the pitch, but very calmly, like smooth waves. The colors would be soft, not big and vibrant. Mountains in the background would show the high pitches that are hit occasionally. If Silent Night has been chosen as a Calm, Peaceful type of song, what are you picturing for the use of tempo in that song? I personally feel that the tempo is in soft waves, like I had pictured for Ave Maria.
